Important Program Rules

If there are rules/guidelines that a retailer should see when processing a redemption, (giving the free bag), we can add them so they show during the process. If you are with a pet food company and would like any rules/guidelines added to the system, please contact us and let us know.

  If it is ever suspected that a retailer is using one of our programs fraudulently, we will investigate and if necessary close their account.

 

Program Benefits

Our Frequent Buyer Program was specifically designed for pet food retail stores that become burdened with the numerous pet food programs available, trying to manage them all for their customers. It's more convenient for stores to manage their customer's cards for them, and keep them at the store. Plus, offering this service adds to the level of customer service stores want to provide.

How does a store get started?

1) A store can simply sign up here and fill out the form, or just send us a message that they're interested.

2) We will email them a 2 page agreement that outlines their pricing and which program they would like to go with.

3) They then fax us the filled out agreement and email us their logo. We load the vendors they specify plus the item lists for those vendors. (We have most item lists ready to load.)

4) We setup their account and send them their 'welcome email' to get started, then send them an invoice for either paying per month, or for a year to save 5%.

 

Small to Medium Sized Businesses

Most customer rewards programs are offered by large chain store companies who spend hundreds of thousands, up to millions of dollars on their reward management systems. By offering their customers a 'card' to carry and use to collect and redeem points, they also collect data from their customer's purchasing habits. While this detailed data is valuable, it is costly to manage.

With our web based application, smaller businesses can now offer their customers the opportunity to be rewarded for their loyalty, giving them that added competitive edge against the 'big businesses' around them. Plus, you don't even need to be setup with a POS (Point of Sale) system. Although, many of our clients which do use a POS system still use our program to manage their rewards because many POS systems just don't manage them well or with as many variables as ours.

All you need is a computer and an internet connection. We setup your account, and all your data is confidentially stored and backed up daily.
